The Western NY School of Real Estate is excited to be one of only a handful of New York State schools to be accredited by the State of Florida, Division of Professional Licensing & Registration.

New York residents as well as individuals from other states can attend our flexible Florida Licensing program and be eligible to take the Florida real estate exam at ASI locations throughout the country (as well as right here in Western NY less than 2 miles from the School).   This is ideal for New York agents who plan on retiring or relocating to Florida within the next several years or simply maintain residences in both states.
