FLORIDA APPROVED SALES ASSOCIATE  COURSE &
45 Hour POST Licensing Course - ONLINE VERSION

As a Florida approved school, we offer you the convenience of completing the licensing course that will qualify you to get your real estate Sales Associate license from the comfort of your home or office (or one of our approved locations in New York State). Please read the information contained within the links located at the bottom of this page carefully in order to decide what options work best for you.

After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed/certified Florida real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 am EST and 4:30 pm (EST). Just call the number above and you will be transferred to the on-line Florida instructor. You may also email the course instructor at "wnysre@aol.com" 24 hours a day. If you get our voice mail during normal business hours, that means we are tied-up on the other two lines. Therefore, LEAVE a message indicating your name, that you are enrolled in our Florida ON-LINE course and the phone number where you will be for the next several hours.  This instructor line is only available for students already enrolled in the course.
